>Deck The Blog With Boughs Of Holly

OK here is how it goes. Play the clip below, which has an instrumental version of Deck The Halls on it. Kick off the song with the first two verses, that I have written below the clip and then make up the rest of the song as you see fit 🙂

Well it is that time of year again,. The first weekend of advent has passed and Christmas is on it’s way and so it is time to start decorating the blog. You may have noticed the Christmas header and the fact that it has started to snow (widget available here Add a falling snow effect to blog). I have started to put the decorations up in the side bar (more to follow) including a countdown widget (these available from here CHRISTMAS-COUNTDOWN Widget). If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see the traditional blog Christmas tree.

I hope that this has helped you all to get into the Christmas spirit.

It has me all warm inside, now I only have to get that Christmasy warmth on the backside.

>Blog Calendar – December Page

The December Page

This is not only the last blog calendar page of the year but also of the decade. It is hard to believe that the 21st Century is already 10 years old. Tis the season to be jolly and so this months calendar has a nice cosy Christmas spanking going down and was found at Richard Windsor Spanking Blog.

As always the calendar is formatted to be printed on an A4 piece of paper, so why not print one off and write your letter to Farther Christmas (Santa Claus) on the back, making sure to put “PTO” at the bottom of the page. Just so that he knows that you will be happy with the alternative, if you have not made the nice list.

If you want to donate or suggest an image for the blog calendar please contact me at . As you can see the source of the image is credited on the calendar and linked to in the post.

>The Sunday Swishing

The Sunday Swishing is my pick of the week from images posted on the blogs in the rolls of this blog.
How could I resist this cute caning scene that was found on The Pink Report?

>A Spanko On The Move – The Universe Not Dead Yet – Things From A Couple Of Blogs – And A Weird American Spanking

A spanko on the move

The Pink Report has moved to a new WordPress address, which is

The Spanking Universe is back (sort of)

Despite my report of it’s demise, The Spanking Universe is updating again, although intermittently. I am not sure what is going on with it but a link to it will be put back onto the side bar of this blog while we see what happens.

A couple of things

This is not the kind of thing that the Blog Stuff Roundup usually contains but as there is not much else to report on this week I thought it would be good to put a pointer to a couple of posts in other blogs.

Pandora Blake has a post about an adventure that she is embarking on, that does sound rather interesting. You can read about it through this link Off to Finishing School.

Veronica has a poll about spankee reactions going on. The poll is in the sidebar of her blog and you can read about it in this post Vote! Vote! Vote!.

Is this an American Tradition?

I had not heard of this before but the day after Thanksgiving a number of clips started appearing on YouTube with this theme. One has to wonder is this a tradition, that has been going on for some time or is it a new thing that people like to make videos about?

>Thought For The Week

>Nervousness, butterflies in the stomach, dreaded anticipation of what is to come, these are as important to many spankees (including myself) as the actual spanking. They are feelings to be swilled around the mental palete and their tastes savoured. And so to the Thought For The Week.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself

>Love It Or Hate It, Happy Thanksgiving

>I like the idea of having a day to think about what you are thankful for, even though it is an event unknown on this side of the pond, I am sent cold by the lionization of the people who originated it, The Puritans. These where an intolerant religious extremist group that may have only gone in for violent oppression of other religious factions and attempted genocide, on the American continent but here in Europe practiced and were proud of organized mass murder (by the thousands) of men, women and children. So it sends me a little cold when I see them portrayed as poor oppressed simple folk in a “Hollywood” version of history. This leaves me in two minds about Thanksgiving. It is a lovely idea but it’s origins are sickening.

So for this Thanksgiving I would like to say that I am thankful that the Puritans are gone from the world.

For those of you in the USA have a great Turkey Day
