Wear It With Pride

The Poppy appeal 2011

For links to other veteran help organizations, scroll down the post

Last week The Royal British Legion launched this years Poppy Appeal. It does not matter if you have your remembrance on the 11th of November or on Remembrance Sunday, the 13th of November. It is of equal importance to remember those who gave all to secure our futures and to support those who return and need our help now, as well as the families of those who do not return. Buy a Poppy, make an on line donation or Give a little time. Two links will be added to the side bar, one will go to the home page of The Poppy Appeal and the second will return to this post, for anyone wishing to aid organizations in other countries, from the list below. If anyone knows of any other organizations, please tell me about it in the comment section and I will add them to the list.

For those of you who live in a place where you are safe, sleep well tonight and remember those, Past, Present and Future, who made that possible.

Tick Tock – A New Book – Bonnie’s Back – And Bad Editing

The clocks go back today

For all you readers in Europe and The UK, don’t forget that the clocks go back an hour this weekend. Turning up for work an hour early tomorrow will not help you get spanked 🙂

A book from a spanker

Thanks to MarQe for telling us about this in this post Two Real + Update !. Nick Urzdown has written a memoir of his spanking exploits and it is now available in hard copy from the USA, Nick Urzdown: Books or on this side of The Pond as a kindle download A Spanking Good Life Nick Urzdown Kindle Store.

Someone is back

Thanks to Hermione for hosting the last two Sunday Brunches. Bonnie  has returned from her travels and The Sunday Brunch has returned to My Bottom Smarts.

Very bad editing

I sometimes come down on myself for my poor video editing skills but this mistake was made by a professional. Watch this car advert and see how even those getting paid to edit can screw it up so bad.

And I hope you all have a Happy Halloween, Prefectdt

The Saturday Swishing

The Saturday Swishing is my pick of the week from images posted on the blogs in the rolls of this blog.

This week’s Swishing comes from the blog of Dave Wolfe. It is a seasonally related cartoon for the Halloween celebrations.

Thought For The Week

Most of us enjoy a little tipple now and again and why not? But alcohol does lower the inhibition barriers and can often lead to situations that you may be embarrassed about or feel guilty about. So what can you do about it? That question brings us to this weeks Thought.

Always get spanked for sober what you did or said you’d do drunk

That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.

Blog Calendar – November Page

The November page

The year grows old and it is time once more for the blog calendar page. The month of November is represented by a photographic montage by Waldo. This image was found at Devlin O’Neill’s Web Log.

As always the calendar is formatted to be printed on an A4 piece of paper, so why not print one off and pin it up near the desk of your boss, just to remind him/her what better used that desk could be put to, if only a miniature spankee could be found.

If you want to donate or suggest an image for the blog calendar please contact me at . As you can see the source of the image is credited on the calendar and linked to in the post.

Short Break Vanilla Funny

As explained in THIS POST, I am taking a few days break from the blog and this is just a little funny for your amusement.
