Unfortunately MarQe ‘s has decided to give up blogging. All is explained in this post The Last Post ... If you want to bid him farewell, now is the time to do it.

Voting has opened for this year’s The Spanking Spot awards. Voting for best facial expression is still open until the third of December in this post Voting for the 2012 Best Facial Expression During a Spanking Begins NOW! And most improved website for the next couple of days in this post Vote for the 2012 Most Improved Spanking Site!

Leveson

The long awaited Leveson report has been published, about controlling the excesses of the UK press. It is two thousand pages and so I and most other people are unlikely to read it all but from what I have heard so far it recommends a self regulating body given real power by a Parliamentary act. The Prime Minister of the UK has unfortunately dismissed this solution already. I have only seen one other blogger post about this so far, The Spanking Writers in this post Leveson: spot on.

Welcome Mexico

I’m not sure why, as most the hits came through search engines but there was a huge increase in hits to this blog from Mexico this week. I would like to welcome all you folks from Mexico and hope that you are enjoying the blog.

It would not surprise me

I know that Google makes large amounts of money from gathering, selling and using information on it’s users and one has to wonder where they will look for this info next.

  2. Someone on the Blogger help forum was complaining about an excessive number of hits from Mexico all of a sudden. It’s probably referrer spam.

    • It is possible that it is such a thing but it would be a shame. I was having nice little fantasies about being mentioned on a major forum or even in a news paper article or something like that. Things hardly ever turn out to be what you want them to be though.
