I know this is not going to be the best Christmas for most of us, especially those who have lost loved ones over the past year, to whom I offer my sympathies. Me I am alone and a long way from friends and family. But I intend to do my best to contact all that I can via modern technology and try to make the best of the day that is possible. This may not be the Merriest Christmas ever but try to do something to make it better than it should be. It’s only one year, hopefully things will start to change next year.

So Let’s Pull A Cracker

I do love Christmas crackers but I have no one to pull one with this year, so I thought that I would inflict some awful cracker jokes on you dear reader.

Get ready to groan

Q – What have Winnie The Pooh and Henry The Eighth have in common

A – They both have the same middle name

Q – What is the best Christmas present ever

A – A broken drum, you just can’t beat it

Q – What is Good King Wenceslas’s favourite kind of pizza

A – One that is Deep crust pan and even

Or You Could Try Pulling This Christmas Cracker

It has always been a tradition to watch a Christmas ghost story for my family 🙂

I am sorry to hear that you are alone on this day. May the telephone and Zoom enable you to be with loved ones. Take good care and Merry Christmas.

    • There are a lot of people in the same situation this year Nora. Tech has been a massive help this year. I hope that you are having a Merry Christmas and are with the ones that you want to be with.
