BLOG CALENDAR – THE AUGUST PAGE

The Blog Calendar For August

Summer, in the northern hemisphere, roles on and it is time to start the calendar for the second half of the year. I really like this image, it suggests so many stories and fantasies that it could occupy the mind for some time as one lies on a sun lounger enjoying some free time. And for those of you in the southern hemisphere, remember spring is just around the corner.

Coronavirus/Covid 19 Belgium

As of today, new restrictions are in place in Belgium, aimed at stemming the recent rise in infections. These restrictions are proposed to be in place for four weeks, if they work. If they don’t work other measures will probably be taken. Normally I would list the new measures but like many people here, I think that I am suffering from a little restriction fatigue and so I will just put a link to a news paper article that lists the new restrictions. It is depressing to have such a reversal in trends just when things seemed to be going so well.

NEW CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS IN BELGIUM FROM WEDNESDAY 29TH OF JULY

Oh well, keep washing your hands everyone.

THE SUNDAY SWISHING – AND CORONAVIRUS BELGIUM UGH!

Preparing For The Caning

And Then The Caning

Covid 19 in Belgium A Brief Update

I have to admit that I feel a bit demoralised about this, at the moment. After an extended period of improving figures and falling infection rates, that lead to many welcome relaxations of restrictions, the past two weeks has seen a turn around. Right now the numbers are not huge but the percentages are bad, last I looked, infection rates where rising at an average of over 60 percent week on week. The reproduction rate (R rate) of the disease in Belgium has risen to about 1.4. As a result, the proposed phase 5 lifting of restriction, that where planned for the 1st of August, have been cancelled. The compulsory use of face masks has been extended to busy streets, markets and all other crowded places, indoors and out. Town mayors have been given the powers to add further restrictions in the areas under their jurisdiction, if they feel that it is necessary to do so. Lets hope these restrictions are enough to improve the situation.

Finally, the entire sea front and beaches of Belgium have been declared compulsory face mask zones. So for any women planning to go for a dip in the sea, on the Belgian coast, you might consider obtaining one of these.

SOME WET CZECH SPANKINGS – AND IT TOOK A GENIUS TO CHISEL THESE BUTTOCKS

Some Soggy Spankings In Czechia

The tradition of spanking young ladies with pomlazka is a well known, Easter tradition in the Czech Republic but I stumbled across this video that added another interesting element to the annual event.

Top Ten Artistic Bottoms

If you have time for a little spank related, cultural reading this weekend, this article from The Guardian might interest you.

It took genius to chisel these buttocks’ – the top 10 bottoms in art, chosen by our critic

It is about a museum that is calling on art collections world wide to display their best artistic rear ends, to boost visitor numbers that have been effected by the Coronavirus. Not a bad idea, in my opinion.

A REAL LIFE TORTURE CHAMBER FOUND ON THE DUTCH BELGIAN BORDER

And I am not talking about an archaeological find, this is a very modern set up.

In a raid by Dutch police, a warehouse was found to with seven cargo containers in it. Six of these where believed to be containment cells and one was set up as a torture chamber.

Although I think that I could have done a better job of converting a dentists chair to a piece of restraining furniture, it is still very scary that people are making things like this for real life use and not for fantasy play.

Here are some quotes from news sources

“Six suspects have been arrested after Dutch police discovered a secret “hell-like” prison with a torture chamber near the Belgian-Dutch border.”

“Officers raided the site at Wouwse Plantage on the Dutch-Belgian border”

“Six of the containers were intended as cells in which people could be tied up and one container was intended as a torture chamber”

“A search of the containers uncovered bags containing tools including hedge cutters, scalpels and pliers. The items “were likely intended to torture victims or at least put them under pressure”, the police said.”

The fantasy of torture chambers is great but the real life version is scary and definitely not for me or you, I hope.

TUESDAY’S TANTALIZING TUSHY – AND CORONAVIRUS BELGIUM MORE RULES RELAXED

Laced And Loaded

Covid 19 Belgium More Rules Relaxed

A few rules have been relaxed since I last posted on the restrictions in Belgium. One fun one was that the international borders where opened without warning. Especially without warning the French and Dutch authorities, who suddenly found themselves turning back Belgian people who wanted to visit their countries to go shopping.

But the numbers are good, with low amounts of new infections and the number of people in hospital falling rapidly. As of the 8th of June we have been granted new freedoms. I won’t list them all but just the main ones.

PUUUUB!!!

Cafes and restaurants are now allowed to open. Table service only, waiting staff must wear masks and a closing time of 1 am at the latest has been introduced. But you can now go for a beer 🙂 Night shops are also allowed to open until 1 am.

Sport

Non contact sporting events, professional or amateur, indoor or outdoor, with a maximum of 20 participants can now take place but without a supporting audience.

Fitness centres and gyms

Fitness centres and gyms may now reopen with social distancing rules in place. Swimming pools are still to remain closed.

Religious services

Religious services with up to 100 participants may take place with appropriate social distancing.

Trips out

Day trips and even staying away for a few nights are allowed within the borders of Belgium. I don’t know if this means campsites are opening but I hope so.

Picnicking ETC

Picnicking, sunbathing and other activities that involve staying still in a public place, that until now have been strictly banned are now allowed. Social distancing rules apply.

And those are the main items of the new relaxation of restrictions in Belgium as far as I know them.

THE SUNDAY SWISHING – AND BLACK LIVES MATTER

A Fine Tradition

This is a tradition from the Czech Republic. Where every Easter girls hand out Easter eggs after getting some whups from a pomlazka, a rod made of woven willow branches. It would be nice if this tradition spread world wide but the other way around. I wouldn’t mind being the one handing out the chocolate eggs 🙂

VANILLA SPANKING

Black lives Matter

Many other blogs have made posts about the recent protests around the world and I would like to add my support for these actions, when they are as peaceful as the authorities allow them to be. But some authorities use provoking methods to disturb the peace.

These protests help define what the problem is and that is important. But once it is clear to all where the problem lies, it is even more important to find ways of resolving that problem.

The problem is authority figures, from the people at the top through to people at the bottom of the system and all those inbetween who abuse their position in order to further the cause of race hatred. I have known plenty of managers, politicians, police officers and others who are good people and should be allowed and encouraged to continue doing what they do best. But amongst them are abusers and those who support abusers. These are the people who need to be identified and removed from any position where they have authority over others.

There are a few hundred million people in the world who have the chance to remove one of these abusers, from the very top of the pile, peacefully, armed with their right to vote in a democratic election, later this year.

Let’s see how they get on.
